About the role
Couplemate Trailer Parts is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Parts Interpreter to join our team in Wynnum, Queensland. This full-time position is essential in supporting our customers in the truck, trailer and caravan industry with their parts and servicing needs.
What you'll be doing
* Interpreting and processing customers' parts requests accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our extensive range of truck, trailer and caravan parts
* Providing expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive the right parts for their needs
* Handling inventory management and stock control for our parts warehouse
* Assisting with the ordering, receiving and stocking of new parts
* Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
* Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve our parts and service offerings
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive, truck, trailer or caravan industry
* Extensive knowledge of truck, trailer and caravan parts and components
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to accurately identify and source the right parts
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide expert advice and guidance
* Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining inventory
* Forklift licence and experience with warehouse management systems would be highly regarded
