Bus Driver – Southport Depot (Trainee Opportunities Available)

Responsibilities
* Build relationships with regular passengers and act as a friendly face, playing a vital role in connecting customers to what matters most.
* Bus Drivers are among the most thanked professionals in the UK.
Pay Rates
Trainee Driver (first 3 weeks): £15.07 per hour.
* After training, Monday to Friday – £15.07 per hour (rising to £18.30 after 12 months)
* Saturday & Sunday – £18.84 per hour (rising to £22.88 after 12 months)
* Bank Holiday – £22.60 per hour (rising to £27.45 after 12 months)
* Overtime: flat rate

Shift Patterns
* 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance.
* Mornings start from 04:00, afternoons from 12:00, evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis.
* No fixed early, afternoon, or evening slots; overtime available by request/availability.
Requirements
* Over 18 years old with at least 12 months of driving experience.
* Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
* Pass a drug and alcohol test.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
