Pt. Danger – a relaxed, everyday spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Zara’s – a Coastal Mediterranean restaurant delivering an elevated dining experience (opening mid-November).
We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant or Venue Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations and lead our team, reporting directly to the owner.
This is an exciting prospect to be part of a rebrand and help shape a beachside venue in one of Victoria’s most iconic coastal towns.
The Successful Applicant will be offered a $2000 Signing Bonus
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations and manage the venue team to deliver consistent service.
Oversee service quality, staff scheduling, and guest experience for Pt. Danger Beach House.
Report directly to the owner and collaborate on strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Experience as a Restaurant or Venue Manager or equivalent leadership role.
