We're looking for a full-time Occupational Health & Safety Officer
(Melbourne-based, with hybrid flexibility).
In this role, you'll:
* Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety programs
* Run risk assessments and safety audits
* Make sure we meet OHS regulations and best practice
* Promote a strong safety culture across the organisation
* Deliver training and guidance for staff
What We're Looking For
* Identified role – open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants
* Certificate IV in WHS (Diploma preferred)
* 2+ years' experience in an OHS support role
* Knowledge of OHS legislation, compliance, and safety systems
* Experience with risk management, incident reporting, and record-keeping
* Confident communicator, organised, and proactive
* Microsoft Office skills
* Current Driver's Licence
* Working with Children Check & National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
