This is your opportunity to help shape the future of RACV's Member Engagement and Roadside Experience call centre teams.
Joining a fast paced, passionate, and happy team, you'll be facilitating the recruitment experience for future Memberline and Roadside Assistant Consultants, who are the voice of iconic products and services.
**What will you be doing**:
Let's break that down:
- Attraction = advertising, Seek, LinkedIn, Socials, and targeted searches
- Selection = CV reviewing, phone screening, assessments, interview preparation, background checking (includes police and reference checking)
- Onboarding = Making offers and preparing employment contracts and pre boarding/onboarding documents
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders
**What we're looking for**:
Previous experience in a similar role would be great, as would, significant experience in working in a phone-based customer service environment.
We would also like:
- You to be highly motivated with a positive nature
- You to have strong personal initiative and enthusiasm
- Your ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- You to be trustworthy, reliable, with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- You to be organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently
