Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer to join our team. As a Veterinary Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training and assessment to students enrolled in various VET courses.
Your primary responsibility will be to train and assess students in the following areas:
* Certificate II in Baking (SBAT)
* Certificate II in Cookery
* Certificate I in Hospitality
As a trainer, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our students. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with RTO requirements.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will work closely with the hospitality team to develop and implement new menu items and products, plan and coordinate catering orders, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, including experience in kitchen operations, food safety, and customer service. You will also hold relevant vocational qualifications in hospitality/cookery/baking and have completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
