Business Development Executive – Conference & Events
Our client is searching for a Business Development Executive in Melbourne, specialising in the Conference & Events markets, to develop new business across all main market segments for the inner city hotel.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate current business and maintain existing clientele across all main market segments.
* Create attractive and lucrative business proposals and collateral.
* Drive current business using excellent negotiation skills.
* Offer proper guidance to clients after onboarding.
* Participate in various trade shows.
* Maintain high organisational standards and achieve KPIs.
* Show excellent business acumen and be highly customer-focused.
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Melbourne events arena.
* Show confidence in closing deals.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills.
Compensation and Schedule
Salary: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift.
Location
In person in Melbourne.
