As part of our ongoing business expansion, we are seeking talented Graduate Mechanical Engineers / Manufacturing Technicians to join our agile team and play an integral role in supporting production operations, process optimization, and equipment reliability within a GMP-regulated environment.
This position provides hands‐on exposure to mechanical systems, process equipment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
What you'll be doing
Support routine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment (e.g. Capsule fillers, Tablet Compresses, Coating pans, Granulators, and Packaging lines).
Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving mechanical and process‐related issues to minimize downtime.
Participate in preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with GMP and WHS requirements.
Assist with equipment qualification, calibration, and validation activities in accordance with TGA standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency, equipment performance, and process safety.
Collaborate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams to ensure consistent product quality and operational reliability.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, SOP documentation, and engineering reports.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and regulatory knowledge.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‐on problem‐solving skills.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical design, and maintenance principles.
Familiarity with GMP, WHS, and preventive maintenance systems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, safety‐conscious attitude.
Previous internship or work experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
Understanding of validation and equipment qualification processes.
Experience with CAD software or technical drawing review.
