Farmer Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing agronomic and technical support to our farmers and producers in the region. This will involve product sales, both in-store and on-farm, as well as building strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and share technical information to improve their farming practices.

* Build long-term client relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Develop a deep understanding of the clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to improve their farm performance and sustainability.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest agricultural practices and market trends to share valuable insights with clients.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in an agronomy role, providing trusted advice to farmers and producers.
* Strong knowledge of agricultural products, seasonal timings, and general requirements of rural producers.
* Experience in pasture and broadacre agronomy, with a focus on improving farm productivity and sustainability.
* Excellent customer service, organisational, administrative, and computing skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
