**The Role**
As an Instructor at the Australian Defence Force Warfare Training Centre, you will be responsible to prepare, update and deliver instructional lessons, exercises, tutorials, demonstrations and facilitate syndicate discussions for designated course.
You will be required to perform duties as the Lead Instructor for designated courses, provide advice, input and mentor and facilitate the development of new instructional staff and conduct evaluation of instructors.
Additionally, perform the duties as Course Manager of designated courses, which includes liaison with external agencies to coordinate externally sponsored courses, prepare, update and deliver instructional lessons, exercises, tutorials and demonstrations (such as war game type activities) and facilitate syndicate discussions. These Mobile Training Team (MTT) courses may be conducted in other domestic locations or internationally.
**About our Team**
The Australian Defence Force Warfare Training Centre (ADFWTC) conducts joint individual training for Australian Defence Force, Department of Defence and other Government agencies and selected international military personnel. The ADFWTC contributes to the preparation of staff for operational joint headquarters and specialist joint warfare roles to sustain the force in being, and develop the future force.
Desirably, they will have recent and relevant experience in the Department of Defence (or other Relevant Australian Government agency). They will bring a breadth of experience to facilitate learning for mid-career military officers and Australian Public Servants.
