Your new role
As a Service Technician, you will service, maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across a range of client sites. Working largely autonomously, you'll engage directly with customers, diagnose faults and complete work efficiently while ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met.This opportunity suits technicians with 5–10 years' experience, including those coming from the residential sector who are keen to broaden their exposure to commercial systems without moving into construction‐style site work.
What you'll need to succeed
1. 5–10 years' experience as a refrigeration or HVAC service technician
2. Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
3. Current ARCTick / ARC Licence
4. Strong fault‐finding and diagnostic capability
5. Comfortable working on live systems in occupied buildings
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
7. Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused approach
8. Current driver's licence and a strong safety mindset
