Overview
Business Manager – ARH Wollongong and Greencross Fairy Meadow. This role is responsible for business development, strategy, and operational and financial management, working closely with specialist veterinarians, hospital veterinarians, nurses, technical and support teams. The position is supported by a strong hospital management team and the broader Greencross Pet Wellness Company.
Responsibilities
* Financial leadership, reporting and P&L responsibilities for the hospital
* Leading and building teams of veterinarians and nurses
* Project management within the hospital
* Business strategic planning and execution
* Relationship building with referring veterinarians
* Marketing and promotional coordination
* Liaising with other hospital managers to align and promote the business group to maximise efficiency, profitability and productivity
Qualifications
* Substantial business operations knowledge and experience; capable, approachable, and influential leadership that helps others succeed
* Strong track record in the veterinary industry preferred
* Postgraduate qualifications in business, commerce, or related field highly regarded but not essential
