In this permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday), you'll be part of a national network of offices, working collaboratively to build strong client relationships and contribute to our business growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in a blue-collar environment Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to maintain partnerships and deliver toolbox talks Source and attract reliable candidates across a diverse client portfolio through phone screening, interviews and reference checks Conduct in-person interviews and ensure all recruitment processes are carried out to a high standard and in line with Toll Group policies Effectively manage shifting priorities and dynamic workload, while maintaining strong multitasking and time management skills Skills & Experience Previous experience in Recruitment is essential Strong Organisational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent Communication: Confident and articulate communicator who enjoys engaging with people via phone and MS Teams calls Customer-Focused: A background in customer service, sales, call centres or similar roles is highly regard but not essential Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on contributing to a supportive team environment Benefits Be part of the Toll Group, one of Australia's leading employers Work as part of a supportive close-knit team Parking available onsite Work a range of shift times between 7.30am and 5:00pm, allowing some flexibility to your day About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
