Job Opportunity: Program Lead

* As the Program Lead, you will be responsible for providing system-level leadership to strengthen and align safety, quality, and clinical governance across our network.
* You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
About This Role
This role requires someone who has experience in leading teams, managing projects, and implementing changes. You must have strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of clinical governance frameworks such as Safer Care Victoria's guidelines.
Develop a maturity assessment framework that can be used by member health services to evaluate their current state against best practice standards. Work collaboratively with committees leads etc -idntify where common definitions measures information flows are reasonably required t support clinal governnce model.

Critical Skills & Experience:
• Tertiary qualification in fields related 0 Health administration medicine nursing midwifery paramedic pharmacist or allied health
• Demonstrated experience working relevant role requiring collaboration stakeholdders using reflective processes influence relationships
