Service Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team in providing expert technical support for high-end medical devices and software.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
* Perform onsite repairs, diagnostics, and installation of designated products and software, upgrading software as necessary.
* Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to provide technical support for customers and escalate as required.
* Collaborate with other vendors to resolve technical issues.
* Communicate complex technical information in a clear, non-technical manner.
* Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess formal qualifications in an electronic or engineering field and have experience servicing precision equipment or IT support, preferably within the medical device industry. Strong IT knowledge and networking skills are essential, along with proficiency in PC-supported instrument diagnostics and computer literacy.
Regional travel up to 50% may be required. We seek a forward-thinking individual who can prevent problems before they arise, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
