Product Leadership Opportunity - Drive Innovation and Growth
We're seeking a seasoned Group Product Manager to lead our Payroll product portfolio, driving strategic objectives and delivering impactful results.
This is a key role in our organization, requiring a strong leader with experience at the Group Product Manager level or above. You'll oversee a team of talented product managers and senior product managers, developing and executing the product roadmap, coaching team members, and elevating product management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Drive product strategy and develop a cohesive narrative for your product area.
* Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
* Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure shared understanding of target segments across your team and stakeholders.
* Develop strategies to drive product adoption and growth, staying updated on industry and technology trends relevant to your products.
Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in product management.
* 2+ years of leadership experience managing and motivating product teams.
* Motivated by diverse challenges, from strategy and growth to technology outcomes.
* Values-driven with a focus on collaboration and outcomes.
* Willing to learn, innovate, and push boundaries.
* Proven ability to solve complex customer, commercial, and technical problems.
