About The Role The Global Human Resources Service Center (GHRSC) Associate supports the daily operational aspects of HR programs, policies, and processes, including new hires, terminations, employment data changes, benefits, and HR system data integrity.The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, a passion for data and metrics, and the ability to:Multitask effectively in a dynamic environmentAdapt to changing organizational needsHandle multiple tasks and projects independently What You'll Do Provide first-level support to employees, HR partners, and managers via our case management tool, ServiceNowSupport employee lifecycle transactions from hire to retireAssist with onboarding and offboarding processesSupport system troubleshooting for onboarding, leave management, time recording, performance appraisal, and eLearning systemsAssist with other HR processes such as benefits, leave of absence, immigration, background checks, and vendor managementMaintain HR data accuracy and confidentiality in our HRIS and document management systemsGenerate reports and analytics for HR metrics and complianceEnsure compliance with company policies and local employment lawsCreate and update process documentation and knowledge articlesSupport HR projects and change management initiatives How You'll Grow We invest in your professional development through on-the-job learning, courses, certifications, and mentorship.
