About the Role
As a BMW Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring world-class service from the moment they arrive.
This front-of-house role suits someone with strong communication skills and a passion for premium service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
Assist with showroom traffic flow and appointment management
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and courtesy car arrangements
Provide refreshments and ensure customer comfort in waiting areas
Liaise with Sales, Service, and Management teams to streamline customer experience
Manage concierge desk duties, calls, and general administrative tasks
About You
A strong passion for delivering premium customer service
Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or front-desk roles (automotive experience desirable but not essential)
Impeccable personal presentation and professional communication
A friendly, energetic, and proactive personality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Full, unrestricted driver\'s licence
