About the Role: We are currently seeking a Safety Advisor to join the team on-site, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality residential builds. Reporting to the Group Safety Manager, you will play a key role in implementing the company’s safety, quality, and environmental management systems and supporting a proactive safety culture across site teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain WHSQE systems and procedures, including Hammertech Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and WHSQE meetings Perform daily site walks, inspections, and risk assessments Review SWMS and ensure compliance across all site activities Manage incident investigations, reporting, and close-out of corrective actions Support Return to Work processes and act as site First Aider Maintain detailed and compliant records through the Hammertech system Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure legal compliance Foster a culture of safety, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement on site To Be Successful: Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety 2–5 years’ experience in a WHS role within residential construction Strong knowledge of WHS Act 2011 and SafeWork NSW compliance Familiarity with AS/NZS 45001 and construction site practices Confident communicator with the ability to influence and educate others Competent with Microsoft Office and digital WHS platforms (e.g., Hammertech) Advanced First Aid certificate and valid White Card If you're passionate about safety and want to be part of a team that values quality and continuous improvement, apply now or reach out to Sophia for a confidential discussion on 0405 849 519.
