Position FULL TIME - 5 days (38 Hours) 8.30am-5.00pmAbout the positionAssist senior property managers on the day to day operation of our rental departmentMeeting and greeting clients with a high level of professionalism & maintain relationshipsData entry, scanning, emailing & liaising with the Property Management TeamAssist the property management department with reports for routine/ingoing/outgoing inspectionsProcessing maintenance requests, following up with tradespersonsResponding to email and website enquiriesProcessing rental marketing, screens, sign boardsSkills requiredProficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft OfficeAgent's Rep certificate (or willing to undertake immediately)Experience within a highly functional administration office or real estate officeDemonstrated local knowledge of the areaAbility to work both proactively as part of a team & unsupervisedCan multi-task & communicate in a calm professional mannerClear verbal and written communication and attention to detail are essentialAbout youThe applicant needs to be professionally presented, pride themselves on a high level of customer service with a natural ability to engage with clients, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to succeed.Please address the selection criteria in your written application cover letter also addressing the following questions:What is your past experience administration (or similar)?
