Experienced Barista / All-Rounder Wanted – Flexible Hours
We are a local coffee roasters and cafe situated in a prime location in a vibrant space. We’re passionate about our coffee and customers. We're now looking for an experienced barista and café all-rounder to join our friendly team.
About the role:
This is a hands-on position combining great coffee with general café duties.
What we're looking for:
* Proven barista experience (confident with espresso, grinders & milk texturing) ideally 1+ years
* Friendly, customer-focused attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a positive vibe
* Australian work rights required for this position
Duties include:
* Making high-quality coffee and beverages
* Taking orders and handling payments
* Running food and assisting customers
* General cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace
* Supporting the team with day-to-day café operations
