Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head up our Federal Public Sector business in Australia. The successful candidate will lead a team of high-performing Account Executives and work closely with internal stakeholders to deepen our impact and presence across departments and agencies.
About the Role
* Lead and grow a team of Account Executives focused exclusively on Australia's Federal Government customers
* Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across the full Salesforce suite to expand cloud adoption
* Foster executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to government decision-makers, being the most senior Canberra-based leader and part of the ANZ Public Sector leadership team
About You
* Demonstrated success in a 2nd-line sales leadership role, ideally within enterprise SaaS, cloud technology or consulting experience
* Deep understanding of the Australian Federal Government, including procurement processes, priorities, and public sector engagement, with established and senior government relationships
* Experience leading teams selling complex, transformational technology solutions to regulated or government sectors
