* Salary: $78,564 to $107,995 + superannuation
About the Role
As a Teacher Aged Care & Disability, Allied Health, your key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and delivering education practices that reflect effective learner engagement
2. Ensuring teaching materials meet regulatory standards and training packages
3. Maintaining a positive learning environment, encouraging student responsibility and adapting to different learners
4. Undertaking administrative tasks related to the areas taught
5. Assisting in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing teaching programs
6. Creating a respectful and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
About You
You are a motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including researching, selecting, and using a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications meeting the Standards for RTOs 2015
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Ageing and/or Disability Support
* Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline
* A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver
* A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge.
