Associate / Senior Associate - Employment Lawyer (4+ PAE)

THE ROLE
This opportunity is suited to an Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years' PAE in Employment Law. The role has a strong focus on both advisory and litigation work, including:
* Drafting and advising on contracts of employment
* Advising on modern awards and enterprise agreements
* Handling unfair dismissal, general protections, and anti-bullying claims before the Fair Work Commission
* Representing clients in conciliations and hearings
* Litigation in the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia and Federal Court of Australia
* State court and tribunal matters (e.g. unlawful termination, equal opportunity/discrimination claims in VCAT)
Additional expertise in OH&S, enterprise bargaining, and industrial relations litigation will be highly regarded.
ABOUT YOU
* Minimum 4 years' PAE in Employment Law
* Strong litigation and advocacy skills
* Experience advising employers and/or employees
* Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
* Ready to step into a client-facing role with autonomy and responsibility
