As our Talent Partner – Stores, you'll be more than a recruiter. You'll be a trusted partner to our State and Regional Managers, working closely with them to understand their needs, support their teams and help them build strong, capable stores. We're looking for someone who's hungry to fill roles, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energised by the challenge of supporting a business in transformation.
What you'll be doing
- Building strong, trusted relationships with State Managers, Regional Managers and Store Leaders
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for store roles across Australia
- Running high-volume campaigns for new store openings and seasonal recruitment
- Partnering with Store Operations to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
- Leading and developing a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Driving our employer brand across LinkedIn, social media and local communities
- Using data and feedback to improve how we hire and how we show up to candidates
What you'll bring
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in retail or a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a drive to get things done
- Strong knowledge of recruitment systems like PageUp
- A genuine passion for people, relationships and delivering great outcomes
