**About the Assignment**
The Project Services - Projects Technical Assistant is responsible for providing and coordinating technical and general support to all Projects supported within the Project Services remit, covering workstreams in Asset Improvement (Upstream), Decommissioning, Midstream and Santos Energy Solutions as directed.
**Tasks include**:
- Coordinate and perform general and technical administration duties, supporting Project Management and Project Services team as directed by the Project Services Lead/Manager & Asset Improvements Projects Manager
- Coordinate and maintain Travel mobilisation / demobilisation into VPOB for supported project team personnel
- Prepare and expedite Departmental Service Order Requisitions as requested
- Prepare resource request approval forms (RAF) for contracted vendor personnel and department personnel
- Coordinate Departmental Personnel onboarding with Managers, Facilities Management (FM) and Human Resources groups:
- Maintain Team Onboarding documentation
- Maintain & coordinate FM / HR team movements (tracker, floor plans, etc)
- Coordinate regular/adhoc meetings and events; including functional & team townhalls
- Assist the Project Services team with technical administrative support, such as (not limited to):
- Project Reporting and Presentation preparation
- Provide administration assistance & coordination to PS Document Control Coordinators (eg Project templates, etc)
- Assist with PIMS internal administration workflows and user requests
- Complete additional duties within the organisation as directed by the Project Services Delivery Lead/Project Services Manager
**This assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod.**
**Location for this assignment is Perth working full-time office hours**
**About You**
- Business Qualification desirable or Relevant Experience
- Administrative experience in major oil/gas, power or petrochemical projects advantageous Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint & Visio) highly desirable
- Use of project management proprietary software systems beneficial (eg. SAP, Coupa, Pims)
