Your Position
As the Site Manager, you will lead the site team of an exciting $70m residential apartment development in Brisbane, featuring a 25-story structure with 4 basement levels, comprising 130 luxury apartments. This project is scheduled to run until the end of 2026, with the next major project located right next door, guaranteeing long-term stability and continuity.
Your Experience and Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive project outcomes.
3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, leveraging established partnerships to ensure project success.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
5. Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
6. D&C Experience.
7. Minimum requirement of QBCC Site Supervisors License or Open Builders License.
