Clear Health Psychology has an opportunity available for a part-time Administration & Accounts Assistant at our Head Office in Mt Lawley.

We are seeking a motivated and organized person with attention to detail to join our dedicated team, working 3 days (22.8 hours) per week, to support our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team with:

Processing expenses and accounts payable

Daily bank reconciliations

Regularly create and input client invoices

Keep track of client plans and funding

Liaise with clients and support coordinators regarding funding allocations

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding approval of funding, service agreements, budgets, invoices and reports

Collection of debtors

Reconcile and allocate client payments

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

Prior experience with administrative and accounts work is required

Attention to detail and ability to solve problems

Ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills

Allied Health experience preferable

Medium level knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite

Experience using Xero is desirable but not essential

Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders
