Introduction to the role
The Sales Admin Coordinator will be responsible for running Aesthetics Training courses to healthcare practitioners in Melbourne.
Key tasks and accountabilities
Be responsible for Booking in clients for upcoming training sessions. We use Timely Software.
To develop and maintain a good knowledge and understanding of curriculum requirements of our courses (training provided)
To be responsible for a Stocktakes, Stock ordering and event organisation.
Be responsible for gathering and recording the required customer data and accurately using the CRM system to record and update all information required.
To attend national/international training days and conferences when necessary.
Travel and accommodation inclusive.
Dual role - Sales and administration - must have a confident and professional phone manner to assist with sales leads and admin assistance.

Must be available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (Trainings across Australia and New Zealand are held on weekends)
Must have valid Australia Passport
Must be an Australian citizen.
Experience
Previous experience within a Sales or Beauty/Aesthetics admin role
Familiar with CRM programmes and booking software.
Previously worked to targets and deadlines
Knowledge of the Australian education system
