Key Responsibilities
* Maintain compliance with aged care quality and safety standards, legislation and accreditation under the Support at Home program.
* Identify, assess and mitigate clinical risks, implementing best practice and risk management strategies to enhance participant safety and high-quality service delivery.
* Maintain Council's aged care services quality assurance framework and records, assist with policy development and review, respond to emergencies and provide support and direction to staff and volunteers.
About the Role: As a Quality and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation operates in accordance with relevant legislation, standards and internal policies. You will work closely with our Ageing Well team to deliver safe, effective and person-centered care for older Australians living independently in the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
