Your role as Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team and building the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area. You will spend a large portion of your time utilising your business development skills to build long-term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities for the branch.

This is a permanent full-time position located Warrandyte .
What we are looking for
We're seeking a skilled and aspirational people leader who is looking to make a difference and grow with us. You'll be:

What you'll do
Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve growth targets.
Collaborate with the Board to design and execute local business strategies.
Champion a strong risk and compliance culture, ensuring all governance standards are met.
Promote the bank within the community and build strategic relationships to drive business development.
Deliver operational excellence and maintain financial oversight, including P&L and lending quality.
