Skills and Experience needed:
* You are an experienced front-end construction lawyer
* Experience might include working on major infrastructure projects (eg road, rail, energy, renewables)
* You have experience advising on structure and delivery of major contracts and can support commercial teams in identifying legal and risk issues throughout the project
* Experience in advising government entities would be highly regarded
* You have strong technical legal influencing, negotiation and drafting skills
* You have strong legal project management and problem solving skills
* You have the ability to deal with difficult or abstract technical issues and changing priorities or situations by use of judgement
* You have strong stakeholder engagement experience
* You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
* You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
