What You'll Be Doing
* Assist with proposals, booking availability inquiries, and general office support (filing, data entry, and updates).
* Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and designers to keep campaigns on track.
* Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency in workflows and service delivery.
* Assist in EDM creation and management to keep clients informed and engaged.
What We're Looking For
* Someone who is finishing or has just completed a university degree, and or has experience within an administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational skills – Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a keen eye on details.
* Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience.
* Strong communication skills – Ability to liaise with various teams, problem-solve, and maintain professional relationships.
