What You'll Be Doing
* Process Bishopp Group contract requests and logistics processes with efficiency and accuracy
* Organise and maintain file structures, naming conventions and metadata to coordinate large volume publication outputs
* Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency in workflows and service delivery
* Embody clear communication to build and maintain good working relationships across internal and external stakeholders to achieve smooth processes
What We're Looking For
* Two or more years' experience working in an administration role working in an office environment
* Exceptional organisational skills – Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a keen eye on details.
* Microsoft Office proficient with Microsoft Excel capability and an aptitude for new software's
* Strong communication skills – Ability to liaise with various teams, problem-solve, and maintain professional relationships.
* Solution orientated individual who can proactively work independently, flourish in a group and embraces changes as they happen.
