Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth of our Building Services division in Perth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and delivering complex building services projects across various sectors, including commercial, health, education, transport, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the electrical engineering function within the Building Services team.
* Lead business development initiatives to expand the client base, secure major projects, and enhance market presence in Western Australia.
* Oversee the delivery of complex building services projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality assurance across all design documentation and project deliverables.
* Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing electrical engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Chartered status (CPEng) and Engineers Australia membership preferred.
* Minimum 15 years' experience in building services electrical engineering, with a strong background in project delivery, design leadership, and team management.
* Proven experience in a senior leadership or director-level position within a consultancy environment.
* Demonstrated success in winning and delivering major building services projects across a range of sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial management in a consulting environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
