We're seeking several experienced Rehab Dozer Operators to join our Ellendale Rehabilitation Project for the 2026 Kimberley dry season. Located along the Gibb River road, approximately 130km east of Derby - Ellendale is a unique rehabilitation project focused on restoring the land of a former diamond mine. Operating on a small site of approximately 30 people, every team member plays a critical role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation outcomes.
This is an 8-month seasonal role, running from late March / early April through to November. You'll be working a 15 days on, 6 days off roster either FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing or surrounding areas. Ellendale offers a small, established camp with on-site gym facilities and excellent food — a supportive environment with a strong team culture.
The Role – What We're Looking For
* Proven rehabilitation dozer experience, specifically re-profiling waste dumps (essential)
* Experience operating CAT D9T and/or D10T
* High proficiency using GPS systems (Topcon preferred) with strong understanding of electronic push points and plans
* Experience in waste dump rehabilitation including; batter work, cut-to-fill, crest bund installation and trimming to 100mm tolerances
* Previous mine site rehabilitation experience
* Additional machine experience (highly regarded)
* 4WD and Senior First Aid (desirable, not essential)
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Confidence working within culturally diverse teams
