Myer is looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed Customer Experience & Trade Manager to join the Beauty team and transform how we trade, engage and inspire our customers.

You will own and deliver an integrated Customer Experience & Trade Plan — bringing together commercial levers, services, treatments, loyalty, gifting and partnerships into a seamless strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

About the role
* Develop and own the annual Customer Experience & Trade Plan aligned to category strategy
* Drive the shift from a promotional model to an integrated, experience-led approach
* Build and deliver a cohesive trading strategy across services, loyalty, gifting and partnerships
* Define key seasonal and "always-on" moments to maximise engagement and sales
* Embed a category-first mindset and partner with Category Managers and Buyers to align plans to growth opportunities
* Identify gaps and create initiatives to increase relevance, customer engagement and commercial performance
* Define how trade levers are deployed and establish clear frameworks, standards and measures for execution
* Lead activation approaches, including test-and-learn initiatives in key stores
* Influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead planning forums focused on customer and commercial outcomes
* Use data, insights and market trends to optimise performance and continuously improve future plans
About you
* Experience in retail trading, category management or commercial strategy
* A proven track record of delivering customer-led strategies beyond price and promotion
* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on growth and customer outcomes
* Experience integrating multiple levers (services, loyalty, events, digital, partnerships)
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* The ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable plans
* Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
* An understanding of experience-led retail and transformation environments
* Knowledge of loyalty programs and trade integration
* Beauty category experience (highly regarded, but not essential)
