Who will you be working with?
You will be working with a dedicated team of around 10 insurance broking professionals

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Managing a client portfolio, handling all ongoing client’s insurance / risk needs
* Ensuring all clients needs are identified and met by taking a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery, account management and account retention
* Providing consistent client updates and replies within agreed service timeframes
* Managing an ongoing sales pipeline through inbound, warm and proactive leads
* Provide education on additional products and services where applicable and within your authority
* Assist with complex client queries and complaints
* Negotiating with insurers and clients on risks outside of the underwriting guidelines
* Understanding client financials and providing appropriate support regarding debt management, payment enquiries and settlements
* Working to achieve individual and team financial targets
We are looking for someone with:
* Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in an insurance broking or underwriting position.
* Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualification
* Strong experiences using software program
* Ability to connect with people and build trust
* Ability to solve problems creatively and show initiative
* Analyse information and data, to identify and prioritise opportunities
* Driven toward setting and achieving goals and making a difference
* Sales mindset and ability to make a connection with clients
