The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (2+ years) to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting adults across the NDIS space, helping them build skills, independence, and quality of life.
In This Role, You Will:
* Work closely with adults with Autism, cognitive impairments, and mental health challenges.
* Provide comprehensive assessments and interventions tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
* Build strong therapeutic relationships that focus on connection, trust, and empowerment.
* Grow and manage your own caseload with the support of a collaborative team.
* Contribute to specific projects, with the freedom to develop your areas of professional interest.

About You:
You are:
* A qualified Occupational Therapist with 2+ years’ experience, ideally within the NDIS.
* Skilled in working with adults with Autism, mental health challenges, and cognitive impairments.
* A strong communicator who values connection, hope, and person-centred practice.
* Looking for flexibility and professional growth within a supportive team.
* Registered with AHPRA and eligible to provide services under the NDIS.
