Your new role
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead a busy team responsible for managing customer enquiries, order support and service delivery. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys mentoring others.
You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing daily workflow, team priorities and service standards
* Handling escalated and complex customer enquiries
* Coaching, developing and motivating team members
* Working collaboratively with internal departments including Sales, Logistics and Operations
* Preparing and following up on customer quotations
* Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
* Supporting sales activities with customer insights and market information
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring:
* Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
* Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring a customer service team
* Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution capabilities
* The ability to work through ambiguity and solve problems confidently
* High attention to detail and comfort working across multiple systems
* A proactive and safety‑focused approach to your work
* Ability to work in office 5 days/week, with availability between 7am and 5pm.
