Step into a newly created role as
Sales Manager
, driving growth across our multi-service portfolio while identifying, generating, and converting new business opportunities — and maximising cross-sell potential across all HCA divisions.
Day to day you will
:
Proactively generate new business across health, education, corporate, and government sectors.
Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to handover with delivery teams.
Build strong networks and represent HCA at industry events, conferences and expos.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM reporting and forecasting.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create workforce solutions that address client needs.
Lead and foster a Sales Community of Practice across HCA.
Let's talk about you
Naturally you will be an accomplished in sales/business development or account management, within either the Healthcare, Recruitment or Professional Services industries. Your resume will showcase your success in generating and converting new business alongside your ability to work across multiple product/service lines in a complex organisation. Proficiency in CRM platforms is important - Salesforce is desirable.
