We specialize in Project Management Services across sectors, and lead Digital Transformation and Assurance Projects across the Government, Non-Profit, Private, and Public sectors. Through the integration of effective strategies, we maximize our clients' return on investment and ensure seamless operation of their projects. We're currently leading Odoo ERP transformation projects in complex, fast-moving environments — and we're looking to expand our team of experts.
We are actively seeking skilled professionals with hands-on Odoo experience in the following areas:
• Odoo Business Analysts
• Change Managers
• Project Managers
• Odoo Developers (Backend/Frontend)
What You'll Do
Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:
* Lead or support end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations and stabilisation efforts
* Conduct gap analysis between business processes and Odoo capabilities
* Design and document workflows, configuration, and business process changes
* Manage stakeholders, vendors, and business teams across geographies
* Develop custom Odoo modules, integrate third-party tools, and fix bugs
* Ensure timely delivery of milestones within scope and budget
What We're Looking For
* Proven Odoo experience in complex, fast-paced environments
* Strong functional knowledge of one or more Odoo modules (e.g. Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, Studio, etc.)
* Exceptional communication and documentation skills
* Agile and flexible mindset — able to work across time zones and priorities
* For developers: strong Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework experience
* For PMs and Change Leads: ERP implementation experience and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with the jewellery or luxury retail sector is a plus
