We are looking for **experienced** and **motivated** Project Managers wanting to join a professional company.
**Principal Responsibilities**:
- Ensure project meets all targets in relations to health and safety.
- Ensure the sub-contractor's workload falls within fatigue management guidelines.
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure an environment is created where projects are delivered on time and within budgets
- Answer telephone and respond to telephone inquiries and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
- Overall responsibility for timely preparation and receipt of progress payments from clients
- Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated to and implemented by project personnel.
- Minimum 3 years required working within Project Management
- Qualifications of Construction Management/Project Management is highly desirable but not necessary
- Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated to and implemented by project personnel.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager on large scale commercial/residential works projects
- Strong commitment to health and safety, and ability to implement compliance with health and safety legislation
