About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects concurrently in Victoria.
Responsibilities include:
* Project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking;
* Serving as the primary liaison for project communications among cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders;
* Ensuring financial control and compliance with company policies and standards;
* Providing technical guidance to the project team;
* Managing resources and ensuring timely project completion within budget;
* Identifying process improvements;
* Overseeing project documentation, site activities, and collaborating with sales teams for tender responses;
* Emphasising safety protocols and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering;
* A valid driver's license;
* 2-5 years of project management experience, specifically in external building projects for clients, with a blend of on-site and office-based work;
* Expertise in water and wastewater treatment;
* Project experience in Qld or NSW;
* Advanced comprehension of wastewater treatment plants, equipment, and construction practices;
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders;
* Robust analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Proficiency in Australian standards and regulations pertinent to water infrastructure endeavours;
* Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project experience;
* Ability to read and review civil layout, mechanical, and process drawings;
* Ability to forecast and maintain a live budget.
