Asset Finance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with large Asset Finance Broking firms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Business Development: Identify and drive new business opportunities within the asset finance sector, collaborate with brokers and marketing to target potential clients across sectors, and participate in industry events and networking activities.
* Credit Qualification: Assess client needs to offer suitable solutions, review transaction scenarios to ensure alignment with credit appetite, conduct risk assessments and financial analysis, including lodging Credit Assessments for transactions above $1m.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with large Asset Finance broking firms, engage proactively with brokers to understand their portfolios and opportunities, act as the primary contact point, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and review client portfolios regularly to identify growth opportunities and cross-sell additional products.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of Sales/BDM experience, preferably in commercial finance.
* 3+ years of Credit Analyst experience is highly regarded.
* Current or previous Delegated Lending Authority is advantageous.
* Proven ability to build long-term relationships within the broker network.
