Administration Support Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide essential administration support across programs, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer phone and in-person enquiries and liaise with stakeholders.
* Arrange mail and courier functions.
* Perform a range of general administrative support duties.
* Provide assistance to support meetings.
* Ensure the monitoring, purchasing, and maintenance of printing and stationery supplies as required.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in business/office administration or related discipline.
* Experience in a similar position.
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card and Yellow Card.
