We are partnering with a global performance marketing business to find a Digital Marketing Manager to join a high-performing team working across international clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning performance outcomes end-to-end. You will manage client relationships, shape paid media strategy, and remain hands‑on across execution and optimisation.

What you will be responsible for
* Managing day‑to‑day relationships with local and global clients
* Owning paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, DV360 and other relevant platforms
* Optimising campaigns against commercial KPIs through testing, analysis, and iteration
* Analysing performance data and translating insights into clear recommendations
* Reviewing websites and funnels to identify CRO opportunities
* Preparing and presenting performance reports and strategic updates to clients
* Collaborating with internal teams to refine and scale account performance
What we are looking for
* 2+ years experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns
* Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confidence working across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels
* Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capability
* Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, performance‑led environment
* Proactive, commercially minded, and genuinely curious about performance marketing
