Description
We are looking for an experienced Heavy Combination Driver to join our team, based in Innisfail, Tully, or Cairns. Reporting to the Cairns Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of fuel to various customers across the region.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Loading, transportation, and delivery of fuel products to retail, commercial, agricultural, and industrial customers
* Pre-loading for deliveries
* Perform daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment
* Manage fatigue and complete log book duties
* Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Ensure compliance with all safety requirements at all times
* Carry out all duties within set timeframes and follow instructions
* This role requires travel and may include up to three overnight stays per week during peak periods
Skills and Experience:
* Current HC Licence with experience operating an HC vehicle
* Fuel experience beneficial, however not essential
* Lowes are able to assist in obtaining the following requirements where appropriate:
o Dangerous Goods Licence (advantageous)
o SLP (advantageous)
o BFM Statement of Attainment
o Commercial Driver Medical Fitness
* Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety
* Dedicated to maintaining high safety standards
* Excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
