Replenishment Coordinator
The Replenishment Coordinator is a key role within our Distribution Centre team, responsible for replenishing hospital imprests to predetermined levels. This involves receiving stock from the warehouse and external suppliers, inspecting and verifying incoming materials and equipment, and accurately processing all necessary paperwork/documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Scanning inventory to par levels
* Receiving and distributing orders delivered directly to site
* Inspecting and verifying incoming materials and equipment
* Accurately processing paperwork/documentation
* Reporting damage or discrepancies to the Operations Manager
* Assisting with the unloading of goods when required
* Determining and recording stock replenishment requirements
* Downloading/entering count onto computerized supply management systems
Required skills and qualifications include:
* High-level verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain performance at a high level within allocated time schedules
* Basic mathematical skills to determine and verify stock quantities, prices, and volume of goods
* Valid WA driver's license and basic computer skills
* Physical capability to perform all functions required by this position
Benefits of this role include:
* Salary range: $64,003 - $65,089 plus 12% superannuation
* Permanent full-time position working 76 hours a fortnight
