We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager or Senior Payroll Officer to cover a 6-month period.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll for approximately 500 employees (monthly and fortnightly) Interpret EBAs and Awards Process timesheets using Kronos Complete and validate leave calculations What We're Looking For Strong end-to-end payroll experience, ideally within larger or complex organisations Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a huge plus Confident with EBAs/Awards, high-volume processing, and payroll compliance Experienced Payroll Managers or strong Senior Payroll Officers (5-8 years) ready to step up Proactive, energetic, and able to hit the ground running Additional Information Must be available to work between Christmas and New Year, as the payroll team remains operational during this period This is a hybrid position.
