About The Role
NEPEAN Conveyors is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Laggers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the mining and conveyor maintenance industry. No prior experience is required – full training will be provided for the right candidates.
As a Lagger, you will assist with installing, maintaining, and replacing conveyor pulley lagging and related components across various mine sites and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the installation and replacement of conveyor pulley lagging
* Support conveyor maintenance and repair tasks
* Work safely in workshop and mine site environments
* Follow safety procedures and company standards
* Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and supervisors
What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
* Good attitude toward safety and teamwork
* Valid driver's licence (preferred)
* Ability to pass site medical and drug & alcohol testing
